The bill (Reg. No. 4298) regulates creation, certification, distribution and consumption of the national cultural product, and governmental support of the national cultural-artistic projects.
The bill singles out the following areas (strategic goals) of governmental support of the national cultural product:
support of the authors who create national works of art, producers of the national cultural product, and national channels of cultural communication;
support of consumer access to the national cultural product;
promotion of the national cultural product in Ukraine and abroad.
